How does it work?

Upon your arrival
We reserve the best welcome for you as you embark on your waterway cruise... Plan to arrive 1 hour before the boarding time for your waterway cruise; this will allow you plenty of time to get all the supplies you need for your pleasure boat from the local shops. Please note that most of the houseboats due to set off in the afternoon will only have been returned to the base that morning, so there’s no point in arriving too far in advance.
Timings
Leaving for a week or more: These waterway cruises depart on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays or Saturdays, depending on the base. If you can, choose a weekday departure, since the staff at the base will often have more time to devote to you. The reception service begins at 3 pm (and is not available before this time for organisational reasons). You’ll be able to embark between 4 pm and 7 pm. Boats should be returned at 9 am. For 2-day weekends: Reception on Saturday at 10 am (it may also be possible to embark on the Friday evening at 4 pm depending on the schedule. This possibility will be confirmed one week in advance). Embarkation on Saturday between 10 and 11 am. Return on Monday at 9 am. NB: in Italy, weekends and mini-weeks will be confirmed 30 days before departure.
